RGA Waterfront Ltd. is a specialist consultancy offering a range of evaluation, development and management solutions to parties who are interested in the marina sector. The Company has undertaken several inland and coastal marina projects throughout the UK; offering various stages of project based solutions from viability and feasibility studies to project delivery and set-up.

We have worked on a range of diverse projects including: representing commercial developers looking to establish marinas as a vehicle to maximise the value of residential development; local authorities who are looking at the ‘waterscape’ as a mechanism to help create an identity and boost tourism; and feasibility studies for new coastal and inland marinas. Our clients are diverse, from major institutions such as ING Real Estate, British Waterways and Scottish Enterprise to existing and future marinas such as Clyde Marina and Whiteness.

RGA Waterfront is a joint venture between RGA Ltd. and Martin Latimer. RGA is a consultancy specialising in the hospitality, tourism, leisure and cultural sectors and has been operating at the highest professional standards for over 25 years. We have been involved with various ‘water- based’ projects from assessing the tourism and arts potential around marinas to undertaking studies assessing the economic impact of marinas.

Martin Latimer is an experienced marina operator and developer with an exceptional track record. He was for 25 years MD at Holt Leisure where he was responsible for the control and development of over 900 marina berths. Since setting up his own company he has gained a reputation for straightforward and practical advice based on a sound knowledge of boating and marine activities. One of his current projects is the Whiteness marina development along with its 2000 home New Town development.
